Booking: A 50% retainer secures your date. The balance is due 14 days before your event.
Changes: Minor adjustments welcome up to 7 days prior. Major redesigns require a new consultation.
Cancellation: Retainers are non-refundable, but transferable to future dates within 6 months.
Delivery: We deliver within 25 miles. Beyond that, a modest travel fee applies.
Nature of the craft: Buttercream softens in heat. Ganache sets firm. We design for your venue's conditions.
